Here are some of our principal booking conditions, together with some useful information to assist you in planning your self-catering holiday at Colehouse Farm, Devon.

Bookings can start on ANY day of the week apart from during the main summer season.

- Prices and Availability
Our prices and availability can be viewed on-line. Because they are updated automatically when bookings are made, they should always be accurate. - Our prices are all inclusive. All prices quoted are in Pounds GB and inclusive of VAT at the current rate. They are also inclusive of all heating, linen, electricity and logs.
- Enjoy England Self-Catering Gradings
East Colehouse and West Colehouse have both been graded as Enjoy England 5 Star self-catering holiday cottages. They have both also achieved Gold Awards. - Making a Booking
A deposit of 30% of the total rent must be made at the time of booking. The balance must be paid eight weeks before your arrival date. For bookings made within eight weeks of arrival, full payment must be made immediately. We strongly advise that you should consider taking out some form of holiday insurance if you do not already have some, because a reservation constitutes a legal contract. - Payment
Payment of the deposit can be made by cheque or credit / debit card over the telephone. Cheques should be made payable to 'Colehouse Farm'. - Provisional Bookings
Provisional bookings will be held for four working days to allow time for payment to be made. - Arrival and Departure
Your cottage will be available from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure. - Short Breaks
Short breaks are subject to availability and at the owners' discretion. - Cot, High Chairs and Stair Gates
These can be provided at no extra cost, but please bring your own cot linen. - Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in our cottages. - Pets
Pets are not accepted in either of our cottages.
