Directions to Colehouse Farm

If you are using Satellite Navigation our post code will say you have arrived at destination at Brixton Barton Farm please carry straight on until you reach our gate with Colehouse Farm sign.

From Exeter Join the A30 and proceed towards Okehampton and after approx 15 miles take the slip road left at Whiddon Down junction signposted WINKLEIGH A382 (A3124) TORRINGTON, (this is also the turning for the services) proceed for ½ mile and you will see a pub on the left called The Post Inn opposite is the A3124 turn right here signposted WINKLEIGH / TORRINGTON, stay on the A3124 until you reach the T junction turn left signposted to Winkleigh continue for ½ mile and turn right signposted WINKLEIGH / NORTH TAWTON. Continue on this road for 1 mile then turn right then first left following the signpost to Winkleigh, after approx 3 miles turn left at the BROADWOODKELLY 1 mile sign.

As you approach the village centre **there are two sharp blind bends in the road and a very narrow section. After you leave the village continue for 1 mile turn right at the signpost BRIXTON BARTON/ MIDDLECOTT after 200 metres turn left at the signpost BRIXTON BARTON / COLEHOUSE ½ mile. Continue past Brixton Barton Farm & cottages** through the wooden 5-bar gate and down the farm road for about ¼ mile to Colehouse Farm.

From M5 junction 27 take the A396 to Tiverton then A3072 to Crediton. At Crediton join A377 signposted Barnstaple, for approx 8 miles. At Morchard Road Junction just after the Devonshire Dumpling pub on your right, turn left signposted Winkleigh 8 miles. Just before you approach Winkleigh Village and just after the Winkleigh Village sign, turn left at signpost to BROADWOODKELLY / NORTH TAWTON and after 2 miles turn right to BROADWOODKELLY, then follow directions from village as above.

**Please drive slowly through the village of Broadwoodkelly & past Brixton Barton Farm & cottages as children & animals are often in the road!
